Timothée Chalamet Makes the Red Carpet Case for the Brown Suit
Chalamet posed on the red carpet with director Josh Safdie and movie co-writer, editor, and producer Ronald Bronstein—Safdie and Bronstein also…followed suit…with the nostalgic vibe, in their own coffee-toned suit and Safdie sporting a geometric tie.
While many of Chalamet’s out and about promo looks skew more streetwear (a rainbow of nylon movie merch jackets and flame-licked Uggs included), his red carpet appointments have leaned more Mauser-coded of late, embracing the more muted palettes and louche shapes.
The press tour wardrobe (as always, styled by Taylor McNeill) has been delightfully freewheeling, while still hard on the narrative and storytelling—the road to the Oscars is long, but Timothée Chalamet is all in.
